It is with great excitement that Rob can reveal that he is currently in talks with Syncro Motorsport to drive in the 2010 Britcar 24 hour race. This would be Rob's first run to the Britcar Championship since finishing 3rd in Production class 2 last year and would be a welcome return. Syncro Motorsport, part of Honda Manufacturing UK, won the Britcar Production Class 2 championship in 2009 with the Civic Type R that Rob will be piloting at Britain's longest endurance race. "I have been talking to to Dave (Allen) and Alyn (James) at Syncro for a while about a possible drive with them. The opportunity of the 24hr came up and I jumped at the chance." commented Hedley "I have always admired the team and their professionalism having raced against them last year, although we really weren't in their league".
The driver line has yet to be confirmed but promises to be a very strong team. This along with the 2009 Production 2 winning Honda Civic Type R means that the 2010 Britcar 24hr race could be a very successful one.
